Here's how we take responsibility in practice
Environment
We reduce our environmental impact by minimizing resource consumption and making energy-efficient choices. Today, we generate approximately 50% of our electricity through solar panels. In our production processes, we also utilize LED lighting and smart control systems, energy-efficient machinery, reduced waste, and proper recycling of metals, oils, and packaging. We also extend the service life of our machinery through maintenance and repairs.
Production
Efficient workflows, sustainable investments, and long-term customer relationships create a stable business. This ensures consistent quality, high delivery reliability, and transparent communication—while also helping to reduce the carbon footprint per unit produced. We work exclusively with suppliers who meet our standards.
Social
A safe workforce is essential for high quality. We maintain a systematic approach to workplace safety, a zero-accident policy, regular safety inspections, and clear safety procedures. Through training, professional development, and the transfer of knowledge across generations, we are building a way of working that stands the test of time—with a respectful work culture and clear policies.
